What to Expect with In-Person Reiki Healing
Hydrate Well
Drink water before the session to support energy flow and detoxification.
Avoid Heavy Meals
Eat light at least an hour before. A full stomach can make you feel sluggish or distracted.
Wear Comfortable Clothing
Loose, soft clothing helps you relax. You’ll remain fully clothed during the session.
Limit Stimulants
Reduce or avoid caffeine, alcohol, or recreational substances on the day of the session if possible.
Before Your Session
No need to do anything specific - simply relax and remain open to receiving
You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, peace, or simply deep relaxation
You may experience release during or after, in the forms of coughing, sneezing, sniffling, crying, going to the bathroom — everyone releases differently
During Your Session
You may feel peaceful, energized, or deeply relaxed
